GLAM SPA POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Please pick your desired curl and length carefully, as we do not offer refunds.

  • Should you experience an allergic reaction to your extensions, please remember we do not offer refunds, but will remove your lashes for free.

  • We only use Xtreme Lashes Synthetic Faux Mink Eyelash Extensions.

  • All lash services include a full cleaning of your natural lashes and lash line with the exception of a Mini Relash.

  • A Relash application is recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, with retainment of 50% of your extensions from the previous service.  If retainment is less than 50%, we recommend a full set to get back to your desired look.  Please consult with your lash artist.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

​

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must contact us 12 hours prior to your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of your service price.

  • Please remove all eye make-up before your appointment.

RESOLUTION POLICY

​

  • We strongly stand by the quality of our work and the products we use.

  • We have a 2 day fallout policy with a Mini Relash service. Your Mini Relash appointment must be scheduled within 5 days of your original date of service.
