Policies and Procedures
GLAM SPA POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please pick your desired curl and length carefully, as we do not offer refunds.
Should you experience an allergic reaction to your extensions, please remember we do not offer refunds, but will remove your lashes for free.
We only use Xtreme Lashes Synthetic Faux Mink Eyelash Extensions.
All lash services include a full cleaning of your natural lashes and lash line with the exception of a Mini Relash.
A Relash application is recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, with retainment of 50% of your extensions from the previous service. If retainment is less than 50%, we recommend a full set to get back to your desired look. Please consult with your lash artist.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must contact us 12 hours prior to your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of your service price.
Please remove all eye make-up before your appointment.
RESOLUTION POLICY
- We strongly stand by the quality of our work and the products we use.
We have a 2 day fallout policy with a Mini Relash service. Your Mini Relash appointment must be scheduled within 5 days of your original date of service
